Central Idea and Reference to Context The Miller of The Dee

  CENTRAL IDEA This poem is about a happy miller who lives near the River Dee. He enjoys his simple life, which makes a king named King Hal jealous. The miller tells the king that he's happy because he works hard, loves his family and friends, and doesn't worry about money. The poem says that being happy with what you have is very important. It's a theme that the author writes about often: finding happiness in the present and appreciating small things. The poem uses simple language to show that the miller's ideas are straightforward and easy to understand. The poem's message is about being content and thankful. The revival of Pakistani Cinema

It was the time when I was child and in my village when it was Thursday, the whole people were not only happy but were free from all sorts activities before 9:00 o'clock. It was not a visit by any MPA/MNA or other chieftain but the time for URDU FEATURE FILM. The music, the dialogues and the acting was awesome. The heroes were our own speaking our own languages, showing our own culture and villages and cities. Songs by Noor Jahan, Mehdi Hassan, Mehnaz, Ghualm Ali, etc were our own songs. The cinemas were full and the films were super hits.  It was hen all of a sudden the film industry slowed down. It was due to many reasons but the religious extremism, lack of government attention and more attention on law and order by government we got almost null films of quality.
